Recruitment Coordinator

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team and foster a collaborative and welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across all departments, from General Operations to Managerial roles.

‍Your Role

• ‍‍Creating engaging and dynamic job adverts
• Screening suitable applications
• Ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience and impression of our business
• Conducting initial interviews and collaborating closely with department heads
• Managing a smooth, efficient, and timely onboarding process
• Enhance staff attraction
• Enhance recruitment practices
• Providing administrative support to the HR and Training team

• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-native English speakers
• Highly motivated, organised, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships
